
Campbell Goes On Injured Reserve

BILOXI, Miss. â The Mississippi Sea Wolves announced today that left wing Darryl Campbell has been placed on the 7-day injured reserve.
Campbell, 28, has appeared in 37 games this season with Mississippi, notching two goals, nine points and 12 penalty minutes. The 6-foot and 195-pound native of Strathroy, Ontario is in his fourth professional season and second year with Mississippi.
The Sea Wolves get back into action tonight at 7:35 p.m. and Sunday at 3:05 p.m. against the South Carolina Stingrays at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum.
Tonight's promotion consists of Military 2-for-1, sponsored by Keesler Federal Credit Union, which offers all military personnel, active or retired, two tickets for the price of one by showing military identification at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum box office.
The game on Sunday, which was originally scheduled for Saturday, starts at 3:05 p.m. WWE Wrestling Superstar Shawn Michaels will be meeting and greeting fans and signing autographs from 2-4 p.m. VIP Packages are on sale, which allows each fan to be among the first to meet Shawn Michaels. A VIP Package includes one platinum ticket along with a lanyard for the game, plus one 8x10 color photograph with a guaranteed autograph from Shawn Michaels for $50. Sunday's game is also Teddy Bear Toss Night. Fans are asked to bring a teddy bear or stuffed animal to throw onto the ice after the Sea Wolves score their first goal of the game.
