Burrows comes to Kingfish

Baton Rouge Kingfish News Release
The Baton Rouge Kingfish announced today that they have acquired winger Alexandre Burrows from the Cincinnati Cyclones in exchange for Jason Norrie in a four-way deal also involving the Pensacola Ice Pilots and Greenville Grrrowl.
Burrows comes to the Kingfish through Cincinnati from the Greenville Grrrowl.
Burrows 70 points last season was good for fourth with the Shawinigan Cataractes of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. The 6'1", 170-pound winger tallied 100 points in two seasons in the QMJHL.
In his rookie season with Greenville, Burrows has picked up 9 goals and 17 assists for 26 points in 52 games with the Grrrowl. He had five multiple point games with the Grrrowl while posting 194 penalty minutes.
Burrows should be available for tonight's 7:05 p.m. match up with the Arkansas RiverBlades.
