Bureau Traded to Thunder

ONTARIO, Calif. - The Ontario Reign, proud affiliate of the NHL's Los Angeles Kings, announced that they have traded center Pierre-Andre Bureau to the Stockton Thunder for future considerations.

Bureau, 26, began his professional career with the Reign this season, recording two assists and two penalty minutes in nine games with Ontario. The center, who hails from St-Georges-Beauce, Quebec, began his hockey career with the Prince Edward Island Rockets (formerly Montreal Rockets) of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. He tallied 239 points (87g, 152a) in five seasons with the team (2000-05). Bureau played with the Universite de Moncton in New Brunswick, Canada from 2005-2009 where he posted 112 points (42g, 70a) in 110 games as a Agiles Bleus (Blue Eagle).
