Kalamazoo Wings News Release
Second place in the North Division will be on the line, as the Kalamazoo Wings travel to the WesBanco Arena to meet the Wheeling Nailers. Tonight is the second of nine meetings between the teams this season, Kalamazoo defeated Wheeling 5-0 in their first encounter on November 14th at Wings Stadium.
The K-Wings head into the WesBanco Arena looking to snap a season-high tying three-game losing streak. Including tonight, five of the next six games for Kalamazoo will be on the road. On the season, the K-Wings are 3-3-1-1 in games away from Wings Stadium.
After a day off yesterday, Wheeling enters the night tied with Kalamazoo for second place in the division. Tonight is the second of a season-high seven-game home stand for the Nailers. Wheeling started the stretch with a 5-4 loss on Wednesday to the Greenville Road Warriors.
