Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies News Release
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - The Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies of the ECHL, a proud affiliate of the New York Islanders, are encouraging all Eagles fans of South Jersey to come together in support of the NFC Champion Philadelphia Eagles for the largest Eagles Super Bowl rally in all of South Jersey at 7:05PM Saturday when the Bullies host the Peoria Rivermen at Historic Boardwalk Hall.
Wear your Eagles green and white and help kick off what will hopefully culminate in Philadelphia's first championship since 1960 when the Birds defeated the Packers 17-13. Come re-live the moments of the Eagles historic 13-3 regular season and their march through the playoffs throughout the night on the Bullies video jumbotron and sing to your favorite Eagles songs.
Philadelphia defeated Minnesota in the NFC Divisional Championship following the first Eagles pep rally at Boardwalk Hall on Saturday, January 15.
While the Eagles are getting set for Super Bowl XXXIX this Sunday, the Boardwalk Bullies are making their own push to reclaim the Kelly Cup. Through 41 games, Atlantic City sits two points out of first place in the ECHL's North Division with a record of 22-13-6.
The Bullies travel to Johnstown to battle the Chiefs at 7PM on Friday from the Cambria County War Memorial. Catch all the action live on ESPN Radio 1450AM and the SurferNetwork beginning with "Bullies Countdown" at 6:40PM.
Atlantic City returns to Historic Boardwalk Hall at 7:05PM Saturday as they host the Peoria Rivermen. Every Saturday home game is "Family Night". Purchase four tickets, four hot dogs, and four sodas for one low price of $44! The first 2,500 fans through the gates will receive RALLY TOWELS presented by the Heart Institute at Atlantic City Medical Center. For more information or to order tickets, call (609) 348-PUCK.
