Chilliwack BC - The Chilliwack Bruins used four power play goals en route to a 8-3 victory over the Vancouver Giants. Ryan Howse and Jadon Potter each netted power play markers and finished the gme with two goals apiece. Brandon Manning, Chris Collins, Randy McNaught and Kevin Sundher also added markers for the Bruins. The Giants had goals from Garry Nunn, Misha Fisenko and Brendan Gallagher.
The Giants outshot the Bruins 37-21 on the evening, with Lucas Gore picking up the victory in the nets for the Bruins while Kraymer Barnstable endured a tough night in goal for the Giants, taking the loss.
The preseason ends with the Giants posting a 3-2-0-1 record. The Giants will now prepare to open their eighth season in the WHL, as they will travel down to Everett, WA to take on the Silvertips on Saturday, September 20th.
