Tacoma, WA - Jaycob Brugman launched a fourth inning solo home run, and Tacoma loaded the bases in the bottom of the ninth, but the Rainiers had their four-game winning streak snapped by the Salt Lake Bees on Sunday afternoon at Cheney Stadium, 7-5.

With the Rainiers trailing, 5-0, catcher Jose Lobaton lifted a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the fourth that scored Jake Fraley for Tacoma's (40-43) first run of the game. Brugman followed with his solo blast to right field that narrowed the deficit, 5-2. The big fly was Brugman's team-leading seventh in June and fourth in five games.

An inning later, Salt Lake scored a pair in the top half, and Ryan Court grounded into a force out that allowed Ian Miller to score for the Rainiers, narrowing the gap, 7-3.

Tacoma rallied for a pair in the eighth on two RBI groundouts. Lobaton collected his second RBI on a grounder that plated Fraley before Brugman scored Lopes with a ground out to shortstop for the game's final run.

Right-hander Tyler Cloyd (1-8) made the start for Tacoma and gave up three runs across three frames, but struck out five Salt Lake (36-46) hitters. Aaron Northcraft made his first appearance since being activated from the IL on Saturday. The righty and right-hander Reggie McClain each threw two scoreless innings out of the bullpen.

In the bottom of the ninth, John Andreoli singled and Ryan Court and Jake Fraley both walked to load the bases for Tim Lopes. The third baseman hit a sharp grounder to second base which ended the game.
