Broncos Set for 2024 U.S. Priority Draft

Swift Current, Sask. - The Western Hockey League (WHL) U.S. Priority Draft is set for Wednesday, June 8 with the Broncos holding the 17th and 39th Overall Pick in the draft.

This will mark the fifth year of the U.S. Priority Draft. Players eligible for the 2024 WHL U.S. Priority Draft are 2009-born players who reside in Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Players not selected in the 2024 WHL U.S. Priority Draft will remain eligible to be selected on Thursday in the 2024 WHL Prospects Draft.

In the 2023 U.S. Priority Draft, the Broncos drafted goalie Aiden Eskit fourth overall, and Defenceman Dominic Deibert 30th overall.

In the 2022 U.S. Priority Draft, the Broncos selected forward Tyson Ulmer 12th overall, and Defenceman Lincoln Kuehne 33rd Overall.
