Bridgeport Sound Tigers Highlight AHL Weekly

BRIDGEPORT, CT â The American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, the top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, headline this week's AHL Weekly Release, which is titled "Sound Tigers Making Noise In East". This season's sixth edition of the League's weekly release profiles the Sound Tigers' turnaround from a winless 0-3-2 start through their recent five-game winning streak and 11-game, unbeaten-in-regulation streak.
The Sound Tigers, who have moved into a tie for first place in the overall AHL standings, will play just one game this week hosting the Binghamton Senators this Sunday, November the 23rd at 4:05 p.m. at Bridgeport's Arena at Harbor Yard.
Sound Tigers individual-game tickets are on sale at the Harbor Yard box office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m., Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and on all game days, as well as on-line at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at 203-368-1000.
