The Hamilton Bulldogs will look to build upon their first place lead in the AHL's North Division, as they will play five games in six days this week.

In fact, this is the busiest week of the season for the Bulldogs. Hamilton will begin the week by playing a pair of games (Tues., Nov. 18 & Tues., Nov. 19) in St. John's versus the Maple Leafs at Mile One Stadium. The Maple Leafs, who currently sit in second place in the North Division, are just two points behind the Bulldogs.

Hamilton will return home to host the Milwaukee Admirals on Fri., Nov. 21 and Sat. Nov. 22 at Copps Coliseum. This two-game series will mark the Admirals only visit to Hamilton this season.

The Bulldogs will finish the week by traveling to the Blue Cross Arena on Sun. Nov. 23, where they will face the Rochester Americans.

HOME-SWEET-HOME ... AGAIN: After starting the season winless in their first three home-games, the Bulldogs have compiled a record of five wins and one loss in their last six games on home ice.

BULLDOGS PLAYERS AMONG AHL'S TOP POINT-GETTERS: The Bulldogs have three players who are among the AHL point leaders. Currently, Bulldogs captain Benoit Gratton sits second in AHL scoring with 17 points (7-10-17). Pierre Dagenais (8-7-15) and Tomas Plekanec (7-8-15) are not far behind with 15 points, respectively.

HAMILTON HOLDING ONTO THE LEAD: The Bulldogs remain unbeaten when having the lead going into the third period (7-0-1-0).

FICHAUD RECORDS FIRST SHUTOUT OF THE SEASON VERSUS AMERKS: Bulldogs goaltender Eric Fichaud earned his first shutout of the season, by making 29 saves versus Rochester on Sunday. Fichaud contributed four shutout performances in 27 games with Hamilton last season

SPECIAL TEAMS:

The Bulldogs currently are 10 for 74 (13.5%) on the power play this season (20th in AHL). Hamilton has killed off 72 of 84 (85.7%) of the opposition's power plays (16th in AHL).

JOE CAHILL HOSTS 'DOGBITES WEELY RADIO SHOW on 820 CHAM & 610 CKTB

Legendary radio personality Joe Cahill will host 'DOGBITES - a weekly half-hour Hamilton Bulldogs radio show on Hamilton's 820 CHAM. Bulldogs play-by-play announcer Derek Wills will join Joe Cahill. The weekly show will feature Bulldogs interviews, highlights from the past week, trivia and much more.

BULLDOGS ROSTER STANDS AT 22 PLAYERS: The Hamilton Bulldogs roster currently stands at 22 players. The team roster includes: two goaltenders, seven defencemen and 12 forwards.

RECENT BULLDOGS TRANSACTIONS: Nov. 12 - Andreas Holmqvist reassigned by Tampa Bay (NHL) from Hamilton (AHL) to Pensacola (ECHL)
