
Bowling with the K-Wings

Kalamazoo, MI- The Kalamazoo Wings, proud members of the United Hockey League, announce their participation in the 3rd Annual Lakeside for Children Bowl-A-Thon.
Fans will have the chance to bowl with their favorite Kalamazoo Wings players and raise money for the kids at Lakeside for Children, which is a center for abused or neglected children.
The event will be this Sunday, January 29th, at Continental Lanes located at 3645 Vanrick Drive. The bowl-a-thon will have two sessions. The first session will be from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.; with the second session to follow from 1:30-3:00 p.m.
For $20, you will receive a bowling ticket and be put on a team of five, or you can comprise your own team of five. The sixth member of your bowling team will be a member of the Kalamazoo Wings. This price also includes shoes, bowling, pizza and soda, and prizes!
If you'd like to get involved and help out but you're not a bowler, you can purchase a participation ticket for just $5.00 and still enjoy the pizza and soda, as well as meet K-Wings players. For $100 a Lakeside Team Pack can be purchased which includes five bowling tickets and two participation tickets.
