Boomers and Otters Washed Out, Doubleheader Sunday at 4 pm

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. - The Schaumburg Boomers and Evansville Otters game originally scheduled for 6 p.m. on Saturday evening has been postponed due to inclement weather. As a result, the Boomers and Otters will square off in a doubleheader at 4 p.m. on Sunday afternoon at Boomers Stadium.

Because the Chicago BlackHawks scored twice in a 2-1 victory over the Los Angeles Kings, every Boomers fan that joins us tomorrow will receive $2 off each ticket purchased!

The Boomers will make up the World's Largest Marshmallow Fight one week from tonight on Saturday, June 8. Tickets from tonight's postponed game will be valid to any upcoming Boomers game in 2013.

Saturday's scheduled starters will likely square off in Game One with LHP Chris Phelan of the Boomers will match up against LHP Ryan Zamorski of the Otters. Game Two will likely feature LHP Danny Jimenez for Schaumburg taking on LHP Rich Hawkins for Evansville.
