Bombers Roster Continues To Take Shape As Opener Approaches

Dayton, OH - The Dayton Bombers of the ECHL made two roster moves on Friday after their 2-game, 4-day trip to Alaska. Forward Joey Grasso was released, and Cody Doucette is expected to join the team in time for Sunday afternoon's exhibition against the Toledo Storm.

The 24-year old Grasso recorded 0 points and 2 penalty minutes in the 2 pre-season games played in Anchorage against the Alaska Aces this week.

Doucette, 20, spent the past two seasons with the Moncton Wildcats of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League where he recorded 3 goals, 1 assist, 4 points and 127 penalty minutes in 44 games. The Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island native also recorded 4 penalty minutes in 1 game with the Florida Everblades last season.

The Bombers end the exhibition schedule this Sunday afternoon at 2:00 PM when they host the Toledo Storm at the Kettering Recreation Center. Call (937) 775-4747 for more information.
