Blue Closes Season with Loss to Texas

FRISCO, Texas - The Oklahoma City Blue closed its 2015-16 season with a 139-109 loss to the Texas Legends on Friday at Dr. Pepper Arena.

Jannero Pargo, in his second game with the Blue, led the team with 25 points and three assists. Dwight Buycks scored 15 points and Dakari Johnson totaled 12 points with 10 rebounds. Talib Zanna finished with 12 points and seven rebounds and Marquis Teague added 11 points. JP Tokoto notched 14 points, six rebounds and a pair of steals off the bench.

The Legends outscored the Blue 30-28 in the opening quarter before scoring 39 second quarter points to enter halftime with a 69-50 lead. Texas led the entirety of the second half behind 15 second-half points from Andre Dawkins. Dawkins led the Legends with 36 points overall.

The Blue finishes the season with a 19-31 record.

Oklahoma City's season featured 27 assignments from the Oklahoma City Thunder as Josh Huestis (25 games), Mitch McGary (26 games) and Cameron Payne (two games) all had the opportunity to suit up for the Blue throughout the year.
