3B Hunter Owen hit a 2-run homerun in the bottom of the first to give the Black Bears an early 2-0 lead.
The Black Bears continued their offensive attack in the bottom of the second when starting pitcher for the Muckdogs, P Humberto Mejia walked and hit two batters bringing up Black Bear's SS Erik Forgione to hit a sac fly that would put another run on the board for the Bears with a score of 3-0.
