Beauregard Named Oakley CHL Player Of Week

Two straight three point games helped Tulsa Oilers left winger David Alexandre Beauregard earn the Oakley/Central Hockey League Player of the week award for the week ending Sunday February 11^th .

Beauregard, 6-0, 190 pounds started his week early, literally, with a two goal one assist performance in the Oilers' American Airlines/Transport Workers Union Local 514 Tulsa Public School Day game, a 4-2 win over the Rocky Mountain Rage. Beauregard repeated that with another two goals and assist in the Oilers 4-3 win over the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees. He is tied with Warren McCutcheon for the Oilers team lead with 23 goals.

Beauregard is the first Oiler to win the Oakley/CHL Player of the Week award since Jim Dahl for the week ending January 29^th , 2006. Texas Brahma goaltender Brett Jaegar earned goalie of the week honors
