Sundogs Send Winchester to Youngstown

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League today announced that it has sent defenseman Jeff Winchester to the Youngstown SteelHounds as a completion for the Jan. 25 trade that brought goaltender Rob McVicar to the Sundogs. McVicar was originally acquired by Arizona for future considerations.

The SteelHounds in turn sent Winchester to the Corpus Christi Rayz to complete an earlier trade that brought Jason Baird to the Youngstown club in exchange for future considerations.

In 29 games with Arizona this season, Winchester tallied five assists and 38 penalty minutes.
