Brampton Beast News Release

The Beast are excited to announce that the magical theme of Frozen will be descending upon the city of Brampton this holiday season, as the Ice Princesses themselves Elsa and Anna come to visit the Powerade Centre on Wednesday, December 31.

Starting at 12:30 PM, the Beast will be hosting a tea party in Real Stars Bar and Grill, where little princesses and princes will be treated as such with colouring sheets, baked goods and activities. Elsa and Anna will be on hand to sing songs and tell stories from your favorite Disney musical, combining hockey and Frozen for a uniquely Canadian experience. There will be hot chocolate and juice courtesy of Second Cup (Brampton locations), and cupcakes and cookies courtesy of Occasions. The Ice Princesses will also be available on the concourse throughout the game to take photos with fans. All girls and boys are encouraged to dress up to truly get in the spirit of the season.

The game will also represent the Beast's second annual Teddy Bear Toss, sponsored by Canadian Tire, where fans can throw teddy bears on the ice after the Beast's first goal. Fans are encouraged to bring a stuffed bear to toss on the ice or purchase one on the concourse (1 bear for $2 or 3 bears for $5), with proceeds going towards Jump Start.

Limited spots for the tea party are available. For more information or to reserve your spot, please contact Stephanie Heller at sheller@bramptonbeast.com or 905-564-1684 ext 226.
