Bears Travel to Philly for Rough and Tumble Showdown Tonight

Fresh off a 7-3 win Wednesday night against St.John's, the HERSHEY BEARS are in Philadelphia tonight for the second game of a 12 game season series with the Phantoms. Sunday night at GIANT Center, the Phantoms cruised to a 6-2 win over the BEARS with numerous fights in the third period. HERSHEY and Philadelphia meet again tomorrow night at GIANT Center at 7:00 p.m.

The BEARS have a restocked lineup heading to Philadelphia tonight. Forwards Steve Moore, Charlie Stephens and defenseman D.J. Smith are all headed back to Pennsylvania after a stint with the Colorado Avalanche. Tom Lawson, who won his third game of the season without a loss Wednesday, is expected to draw the starting assignment tonight at the Spectrum.

Tonight's game can be heard throughout central PA on BIG 92.7 FM. John Walton handles the play-by-play duties, while Jim Jones provides the color commentary.
