Columbus Assigns Andrej Nedorost To Syracuse

Syracuse, NY (November 7, 2003) – The Syracuse Crunch announced today that the Columbus Blue Jackets have assigned left wing Andrej Nedorost to Syracuse.

Nedorost, 23, has appeared in nine games with Columbus this season, recording two goals and six penalty minutes. Last season Nedorost split time between Columbus (12gp, 1a, 4PIM's) and Syracuse (63gp, 14g, 19a, 85PIM's). A native of Trencin, Slovakia, Nedorost was Columbus' 10th pick, 286th overall, in the 2000 Entry Draft.

Syracuse plays Wilkes-Barre/Scranton at 7:30 p.m. tonight. Tonight is Finding Nemo Night at the Crunch. All children (16 and under) in attendance will receive a Finding Nemo trading card.
