Bears shooting for three in a row tonight against Hartford
January 29, 2005 - American Hockey League (AHL)
Hershey Bears News Release
After a thrilling third period comeback Friday night in Wilkes-Barre, the BEARS now turn their attention to the Hartford Wolf Pack. The Pack invades GIANT Center tonight at 7:00 p.m.
HERSHEY defeated Hartford 4-1 back on November 10 at the Hartford Civic Center. Mathieu Darche, Chris Bala and Andre Savage all scored first period goals to lead the BEARS to the victory. The regulation loss that night for Hartford was just one of three at home all season at the Civic Center. Peter Budaj, who defeated Hartford back in November, is expected to draw the start tonight against Hartford's Jason LaBarbera.
Tonight's game can be seen on WHTM-TV (abc 27) with John Walton and Gregg Mace calling the action. The game is also on the BEARS radio network beginning at 6:40 p.m. with Mike Walton and Dave Sottile.
