
Bears begin quest for ninth Calder Cup championship

The HERSHEY BEARS Hockey Club, currently in second place in the American Hockey League's Eastern Division with a 42-20-4-10 record, begin the quest for their ninth Calder Cup Championship on Wednesday, April 19th. The BEARS will face off against the Norfolk Admirals or the Bridgeport Sound Tigers.
The best-of-seven game series begins Wednesday at GIANT Center. The BEARS will host games one, four, five and six of the Norfolk series, or games one, two, five and seven of the Bridgeport series. Tickets are now on sale at the GIANT Center box office. To order, please call (717) 508-BEAR.

All Bears' home games will be played at GIANT Center. The Admirals host their games at the Norfolk Scope while The Sound Tigers play at The Arena at Harbor Yard.
WQIC 100.1 will carry all HERSHEY Bears' playoff action, with the pre-game show beginning 20 minutes before the opening face-off.
