Barthmaier pitched 13.0 magnificent innings allowing only 3 hits, 0 runs, 2 walks and striking out 14 batters. Jimmy has authored 19 straight scoreless innings.
Jimmy was recently named to the 46th Annual South Atlantic League Northern Division All-Star Team and will represent the Lexington Legends on June 28, 2005, in Augusta, Georgia.
Barthmaier is the fourth Legend to be honored with an SAL player of the week award in 2005.
