
Barons Encourage Everyone to Wear Their Jersey to Work on February 18

Oklahoma City - The Oklahoma City Barons, in conjunction with USA Hockey are encouraging everyone to wear the jersey of their favorite hockey team to work February 18.
The first event of Hockey Weekend Across American begins with fans wearing the jersey of their favorite team to work. The Barons are offering another incentive. Wear your jersey to work and upload a picture to the Barons website on that day. Everyone who uploads a picture will be entered to have the chance to win a VIP Coaching Experience with Barons head coach Todd Nelson. Pictures submitted in poor taste will not be considered.
Fans will also have the chance to win a complete set of hockey gear from Reebok by visiting the USA Hockey website. Fans can also submit their photos to the USA Hockey Facebook Page. To learn more about Hockey Weekend Across America, visit the USA Hockey website at www.usahockey.com.
Have you ever wanted to try hockey February 19 is your opportunity. Arctic Edge in Edmond is hosting Try Hockey for Free Clinic from 2 - 4 p.m.
Wear Your Jersey to Work Day is the first of three days of activity surrounding Hockey Weekend Across America. The annual Hockey Weekend Across America encourages participation in the sport of hockey across the United States. NBC Sports' Hockey Day in America February 20 from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST, will include an NHL doubleheader and content throughout the broadcast that showcases all levels of hockey in the United States.
