Bakersfield, California - The Bakersfield Condors defeated the Utah Grizzlies 4-2 Tuesday night at Rabobank Arena.

After a scoreless first period, the Grizzlies fell behind 1-0 2:37 into the second period on a power-play goal. Utah quickly tied it 3:25 later on Paul McIlveen's team-leading 24th goal of the year as Logan MacMillan picked up a loose puck and started the odd-man rush as the Grizzlies worked on a stretch of 12 of 14 shots in the game.

Bakersfield took a 2-1 lead with 62 seconds left in the second period and added two more in the third to build a 4-1 lead.

Matt Sorteberg's second goal in two games made it 4-2 with 32 seconds left.

Utah opens a three-game series Wednesday in Ontario at 8:05 p.m.

Utah returns home March 5th, 7th, 9th and 10th to open four-games in six nights.
