Jon Landry Signs AHL Contract

LOVELAND, Colo. - The Colorado Eagles of the ECHL announced today that defenseman Jon Landry, who began the season with the team before being loaned to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the AHL, has signed a standard players contract with the Sound Tigers. He is the second player who began the season with the Eagles to sign an AHL contract (Jack Combs signed with the Worcester Sharks).

In 17 games with Bridgeport, Landry has recorded 11 points (1-10-11), a plus-seven plus/minus rating & eight penalty minutes. In 35 games with Colorado at the start of the season, the d-man registered 30 points (12-18-30) and was among the league's leading defensemen in several statistical categories.
