Jerry Uht Park - Erie, PA - 7:05 PM

LAST GAME: The Binghamton Mets overcame five errors in a 5-4 win over the Erie SeaWolves on Sunday. Dilson Herrera hit a go-ahead two-run home run in the seventh inning. Dustin Lawley committed four errors. Brandon Nimmo went 3-for-5 and scored a run. Ryan Fraser and Randy Fontanez combined to allow just one unearned run in three innings of relief. Cody Satterwhite got out of a bases-loaded jam in the bottom of the ninth inning to pick up his seventh save of the season.

BINGHAMTON STARTER: RHP Gabriel Ynoa makes his third start with the B-Mets this season and his second against the SeaWolves. The 21-year-old tossed a complete-game, seven-inning shutout and struck out nine batters in a 1-0 win over the Portland Sea Dogs in game two of a doubleheader on Wednesday, July 9. In Ynoa's first start against Erie, he gave up five runs on nine hits and didn't strike out a batter on Friday, July 4. Binghamton eventually lost the game 9-6 in 16 innings. The La Vega, Dominican Republic native was signed as a minor league free agent on November 19, 2009.

ERIE STARTER: RHP Jeff Ferrell takes the mound for the 17th time this season and his fourth against Binghamton. The Charlotte, North Carolina native is coming off a win in his last start when he gave up four runs on 12 hits in six innings and struck out two in a 6-4 Erie victory over the Altoona Curve on Wednesday, June 9. In three previous games against the B-Mets, Ferrell is 0-2 with and has allowed 11 runs in 15.1 innings and has struck out 12. The Pitt (North Carolina) Community College product was taken by Detroit in the 26th round of the 2010 draft.

D'OH!: Binghamton committed a season-high five errors in Sunday's win over Erie. That comes after the B-Mets had four fielding blunders in the opener against Erie to bring the series total to nine. The team had nine errors total in the last 13 games. Binghamton has still committed only 70 this season, the third fewest errors in the league.

SAVING THE BEST FOR LAST: The B-Mets are 19-8 in series finales this season. That includes winning seven of the last ten. Two of the three losses have come against Erie. A win on Monday would be the 18th series win of the season for the B-Mets

FRESH STARTS: Binghamton starter Hansel Robles allowed three runs (two earned) in five innings on Sunday. It extended a streak of starters going at least five innings and giving up three earned runs or fewer to seven games. The B-Mets are 6-1 during that streak and the pitchers have a record of 5-1 in that time.

TURN OUT THE LIGHTS: Binghamton closer Cody Satterwhite worked out of a bases-loaded jam in the bottom of the ninth in Sunday's win against Erie to pick up his seventh save of the season. The All-Star hasn't allowed a run in his last five outings. Satterwhite has retired the first batter he's faced 30 times in the 33 chances this season.

NOT AFRAID OF THE BIG BAD (SEA)WOLVES: Binghamton's win on Sunday improved it's record to 9-6 against Erie this season. That includes a 4-2 record at Jerry Uht Park. The B-Mets play the SeaWolves 22 times in 2014, more than any other squad in the league.

PUTTING IT IN PERSPECTIVE: At 57-38, Binghamton is just two games off from what it's record was at this point in 2013. The team finished the year 86-55 and won the Eastern Division. The 86 wins were the most in franchise history.

NEXT GAME PREVIEW: Binghamton has two days off for the All-Star Stop in Altoona. The B-Mets open up the stretch after the All-Star break with a home series against Trenton on Thursday, June 17 at 6:35 PM. It's the first time the B-Mets face the Thunder in 2014.
