Austin Toros Trade with RGV Vipers for Patrick Sullivan

Austin, TX November 5, 2012 - The Austin Toros acquired center Patrick Sullivan from the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in exchange for shooting guard Toure Murry, the team announced Monday.

Sullivan (6-9, 244) led the Vipers to the NBA D-League Finals in 2010-11 averaging 10.6 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.5 blocks through eight playoff games. More recently, he spent the 2011-12 season in Israel playing for Hapoel Unet Holon. Sullivan attended Southeastern Louisiana University, where he averaged 15.9 points, 8.3 rebounds, and three blocks. He was named All-Southland Second Team during his senior season.

The Toros drafted Toure Murry (6-5, 200, Wichita State) in the first round of Friday night's NBA D-League Draft with the 15th overall pick.
