Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans picked up an overtime victory on Sunday afternoon in Wichita, ending their two-game skid. The Americans dropped both home games last week which included a tough loss to the top team in the ECHL, the Missouri Mavericks, on Saturday night.

Monday, December 21 vs. Tulsa Oilers - 3-1 Loss

Allen, Texas - Tulsa netminder Kevin Carr stoned the Americans, stopping 19 of 20 Allen shots in an Oilers 3-1 victory at Allen Event Center. Dyson Stevenson had the lone Americans goal, his third of the season.

Saturday, December 26 vs. Missouri Mavericks - 3-1 Loss

Allen, Texas - Sebastien Sylvestre scored two goals, including an insurance goal midway through the third period as the Missouri Mavericks defeated the Allen Americans 3-1 on Boxing Day at Allen Event Center. Jonathan Parker had the lone Americans goal, his ninth of the season.

Sunday, December 27 @ Wichita Thunder - 3-2 OT Win

Allen, Texas - Americans rookie defenseman Eric Roy scored twice, including the game winner with one minute and twenty seven seconds left in overtime as the Americans defeated the Wichita Thunder 3-2 at Intrust Bank Arena.
