WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. - A wild throw by catcher Josh Donaldson allowed the go-ahead run to score as Albuquerque topped Sacramento 2-1 before 11,076 fans Thursday night at Raley Field. With two outs in the eighth inning and Isotopes catcher Tim Federowicz on second base, River Cats reliever Michael Benacka threw a wild pitch. Donaldson chased down the ball and attempted to throw out Federowicz at third base, but the ball sailed wide and into left field as the catcher scored. River Cats third baseman Kevin Kouzmanoff went 3-for-4 with two doubles and Sacramento's lone RBI in the first inning. With Las Vegas' loss at Memphis, the first-place River Cats' magic number is nine to clinch the Pacific Coast League South Division championship. Sacramento's winning streak ended at three games.
