Alaska's Daniels Suspended One Game, Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced that it has suspended Alaska center Kimbi Daniels for one game and fined him an undisclosed amount as a result of his receiving a third game misconduct in the general category in ECHL Game #848 against Phoenix on Mar. 29.

Daniels is automatically suspended and fined under Rule 23.3.

Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.

Daniels will miss Alaska's game at Victoria (Apr. 2).
