
Aguilar returns to Fort Wayne

Fort Wayne, IN - Infielder Abraham Aguilar will be returning to the Fort Wayne line-up and fellow infielder Jodam Rivera has been promoted within the San Diego Padres minor league system, officials with the Wizards and Padres announced today.
For Aguilar, this will be his third stint with Fort Wayne. He was with the team on opening day through the first part of July, returned for a week in the middle of July, before his most recent return. He is hitting .202 with 17 runs scored, four doubles and seven runs batted in for the Wizards.
Rivera departs for the second time this season. He is currently hitting .217 with 11 runs scored and eight runs batted in.
The Wizards roster remains at 24 active players, one below the Midwest League maximum allowed of 25 players.
