Aeros hit the road to face Rockford tonight

Rockford, Illinois - The Houston Aeros play their first of six-straight road games tonight at 7:05 p.m. against the Rockford IceHogs. This will be the third meeting between these clubs with three more remaining. Houston lost the first two contests by a combined score of 6-2, one of which was a 3-0 shutout. Tonight the Aeros look to turn things around against the second best team in the league so be sure to tune in live tonight on 1070-AM KNTH or watch the game via the B2 Networks broadcast.

Rookie center Morten Madsen rejoined the Aeros after spending the weekend with the ECHL's Texas Wildcatters. Madsen has played in 31 games with the Aeros and has tallied 10 points (2-8=10) and 10 penalty minutes with the team. The Rodovre, Denmark, native has played two games with Texas this season, both this past weekend.

The Aeros Old School jerseys are currently up for auction. After being worn on January 25 and 26 each jersey was autographed and they are now up for bid. The auction ends January 12 at 12:01 p.m. so check back often! The Aeros return home on February 15 to face Iowa at 7:35 p.m. but don't forget, the Sweetheart of a Deal is going on now!
