Adirondack Phantoms Release Two to Nailers

WHEELING, WV - The Wheeling Nailers announced today that they have received two players from the Adirondack Phantoms of the AHL.
Dan Henningson and Mike Gershon will join the Nailers in training camp this week.
Henningson, the Edmonton, Alberta native played in 33 games last season with the Nailers producing 11 points with 3 goals and 8 assists.
Gershon spent last season with Nailers head coach Stan Drulia in Port Huron where he scored 7 goals and 28 assists in 72 games.
The Wheeling Nailers will open their 19th season of professional hockey in the Ohio Valley on Friday October 15th against the Toledo Walleye. Ticket packages for the 2010-2011 season are on sale now.
