Royals Announce Training Camp Roster

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League and the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, today announced the team's 2010-11 Training Camp Roster. The Royals Training Camp Roster, which is comprised of twelve forwards, nine defensemen, and two goaltenders, is set out below. In transactions completed today, the Marlies assigned forward Matt Caruana to Reading; and the Royals signed goaltender Brent Troyan to a Tryout Agreement.

The Royals Pre-Season Training Camp on-ice practice sessions begin tonight, Monday, October 4 (@ 7:00 pm), at the Sovereign Center. The full Training Camp on-ice practice session schedule (with pre-season games also listed) is set out below. All Training Camp on-ice practice sessions for the Royals are held at the Sovereign Center and are open to the public. Please note that all times and dates are subject to change.

The Royals host the team's tenth anniversary home opener on Saturday, October 23, 2010 (7:05 pm), when the Elmira Jackals visit the Sovereign Center.
