Cincinnati Cyclones News Release

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The 2010 Kelly Cup Champion Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHL's Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators, announced today forward Brett Robinson has been assigned by the Milwaukee Admirals (AHL).

Robinson, an Alton, Ontario native, returns to the Cyclones for his second season of work after an outstanding rookie campaign. The 5-foot-11 forward ranked second among all Cyclones first-year players with 34 points (15 goals, 19 assists) in 60 games a year ago.

During the postseason, Robinson finished second among all Cyclones players with nine goals - none bigger than the game-winning tally in the Kelly Cup-clinching Game 5 against Idaho on May 21, 2010.

Before turning professional, Robinson was a four-year letter winner at Mercyhurst College where he tallied 82 career points (26 goals, 56 assists) in 144 college games.

The defending Kelly Cup Champion Cyclones open their home schedule on Saturday, October 30 at U.S. Bank Arena against the Wheeling Nailers. Discounted ticket packages and single game tickets for the 2010-2011 season are available now. For more information, call 513.421.PUCK (7825) or visit CyclonesHockey.com.
