LAST WEEK: Adirondack went 0-2-0 on its road trip to Fort Wayne and Kalamazoo. The Frostbite are 17-8-1 on the season for 35 points and are in second place of the Eastern Division, one point behind Danbury.

Friday, December 16 @ Fort Wayne Komets 4 FROSTBITE 1 Fort Wayne took a 2-0 lead 7:38 into the first period on a pair of goals from Mark Smith. The Komets doubled their lead in the second period with a shorthanded goal from David Carpentier and a power-play tally from Lance Galbraith. P.J. Byrne scored the lone goal of the night for the Frostbite at 11:33 of the second period.

Saturday, December 17 @ Kalamazoo K-Wings 4 FROSTBITE 0 The Frostbite suffered their second shutout loss of the season on Saturday at Kalamazoo. Tyler Rennette scored a pair of first-period goals for Kalamazoo, and the K-Wings added power-play tallies in the second and third periods to set the final.

THIS WEEK'S GAMES Friday, December 23 vs. Roanoke 7:35 p.m. Adirondack's lone game of the week is the fourth of 12 meetings with the Vipers. The Frostbite are 3-0-0 against Roanoke this season, and won the last meeting, 4-3, at the Glens Falls Civic Center on December 3.

- Adirondack has been out-scored 18-5 during its five-game winless streak (0-4-1). - The Frostbite are scoreless on their last 16 power-play opportunities. - P.J. Byrne scored his first goal of the season in Friday's 4-1 loss at Fort Wayne. - Sylvain Cloutier has scored 6 of his 8 goals this season on the power play. - The Frostbite are the fourth-most penalized team in the UHL, averaging 29.73 penalty minutes per game.

FROSTBITE TICKETS Tickets for Frostbite home games are available at the Glens Falls Civic Center Box Office (10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, and two hours prior to game time on Sunday), or by calling the Box Office at (518) 798-0202. NEW YEAR'S EVE CELEBRATION

Join the Frostbite and Glens Falls Civic Center on Saturday, December 31 for a New Year's Eve Celebration. The Frostbite host the Elmira Jackals at 7:35 p.m., with the celebration lasting from 10:00 p.m. through 1:30 a.m. in Heritage Hall. Admission is $10 in advance, and just $8 in advance for Frostbite season-ticket holders. Tickets can also be purchased on the night of the event for $12. Kids 12 and under are admitted free. In addition, the Frostbite and Civic Center are offering a special package, including a ticket to both the game and the celebration for $23, a savings of $2 off admission to the New Year's Eve Celebration. The celebration includes live music by "Rock City Band", performing danceable rock ‘n roll hits from the 70's, 80's, 90's and today, finger foods, noise makers, and a midnight champagne toast (21 and over) with a special celebrity guest. Frostbite players will also be in attendance at the celebration, and a cash bar will be available throughout the night. Attendees will have the opportunity to win fabulous door prizes, including a one-year membership to Flex Appeal Fitness Center, the official fitness center of the Adirondack Frostbite. Tickets for the celebration are on sale now at the Glens Falls Civic Center Box Office in person or by phone at (518) 798-0202, all TicketMaster outlets, and ticketmaster.com. The hockey game and party package discount is only available at the Glens Falls Civic Center Box Office.

FROSTBITE ON THE AIR All 76 Frostbite regular season games can be heard on WCKM 98.5 FM and on-line at www.frostbitehockey.com with the Voice of the Frostbite, Joe Babik. Each broadcast begins 20 minutes prior to face-off with the Frostbite Pre-Game Show. In addition, all Frostbite games are available to watch on a pay-per-view basis in conjunction with B2 Networks. The B2 Networks feed can be accessed through the Frostbite website at www.frostbitehockey.com. Every Monday during the season, WCKM airs the "In the Box" Show from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Davidson's. The show is hosted by WCKM morning personality, and Frostbite PA announcer, Dan Miner. Dan is joined on the show each week by Frostbite Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Marc Potvin, Frostbite Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations Joe Babik, and a different Frostbite player. This week's guests are center Hugo Belanger and defenseman P.J. Byrne.
