Fury take 3-2 lead in series

GLENS FALLS, NY -- The Muskegon Fury scored three times in the final period to defeat the Adirondack Frostbite 3-2 ing ame five of their first round playoff series. Muskegon takes a 3 games to 2 lead into game six on Monday in Muskegon.

Adirondack led 1-0 heading into the final period courtesy of a Bob Rapoza goal 13:40 into the second period.

The Fury tied the game on Trevor Johnson's first of the playoffs 6:49 into third, and went ahead at 16:28 on Billy Collins' third of the series.

But, the Frostbite pulled even at 17:43 as Sylvain Cloutier notched a power-play tally, the Frostbite's eighth man-advantage goal in the series.

However, Collins struck again just 33 seconds after Cloutier's goal, jamming a shot past Kris Tebbs on the far post.

Game six is Monday at Walker Arena in Muskegon with face off set for 7:35 p.m. Catch all of the action starting with the pre-game show at 7:15 on WCKM 98.5.
