August 31, 2015 - Pacific Coast League (PCL1)
Albuquerque Isotopes News Release

Albuquerque Isotopes infielder Cristhian Adames was named to the All-PCL Team as a shortstop, the league announced Monday morning. It is just the latest honor for Adames who represented to Isotopes in the Triple-A All-Star Game earlier this season and was named the team's Most Valuable Player prior to Sunday night's game.

In 116 games this season, Adames is batting .311, which ranks sixth in the PCL. He also has 20 doubles, three triples, a career-high 11 homers, 51 RBI and 11 stolen bases. Adames' 144 hits rank third in the league, and he has a team-high 43 multi-hit games, which is 14 more than any other player.

Adames has heated up during the dog days of August, hitting safely 23 of 27 games in the month. Adames has a .372 (42-for-113) average in August with four doubles, a triple, three home runs, nine RBI and three stolen bases.

The 24-year-old was called up for one day this season on July 28 following the Troy Tulowitzki trade. He did not appear in a game.
