Walking off:

One night after going 5-for-5 at the dish, Drew Ellis delivered once again by sending everyone home with a walk-off RBI single in the bottom of the 10th to down Tacoma, 8-7.

Ellis' game-winning base knock marks the first walk-off win of the season and first since Kevin Cron on Aug. 25, 2019, against Salt Lake.

Henry Ramos posted a season-high three hits against the Rainiers while also scoring two runs.

Along with Ramos, Ellis and Christian Walker each recorded a multi-hit contest on Friday.

Miguel Aguilar picked up his third win out of the bullpen while also recording his 300th career strikeout in the Minors.

Aces in the Pocket:

Josh Green dropped to fourth in Triple-A West with a 2.45 ERA after his fourth start of the season, while also striking out 14 in 22.0 innings of work. The right-hander is also the only Aces pitcher to toss five or more innings in all of his starts this year.

Aces starters rank first in Triple-A West with an opposing .240 batting average through 20 games. Reno has recorded a 4.21 ERA and 77 strikeouts in 87.2 innings of work.

The Aces' bullpen ranks third in the league with a .228 batting average against and nine saves.

Aguilar has been stellar out of the bullpen for Reno, making a Triple-A West-leading 10 appearances while posting a 2.08 ERA and 11 strikeouts in 8.2 innings.

Corbin Martin makes his return to Reno after a two-game call-up to Arizona. In his two starts to open the 2021 campaign, the right-hander registered a 1-0 record with a 1.86 ERA and 14 strikeouts in 9.2 innings of action.

Comeback Kids:

The Aces have stormed back in the second half of the contest in seven games this season, storming back to either tie the game or take a lead.

On May 28, the Aces erased a four-run deficit to down Tacoma, 8-7, on a walk-off RBI single by Drew Ellis in the top of the 10th.

On May 24, Reno unloaded five runs in the sixth and a pair in the ninth to down the River Cats, 7-3.

In Saturday's contest against Sacramento, the Aces scored three runs in the top of the seventh to tie the game before falling in the ninth, 4-3.

Reno erased five- and six-run deficits in back-to-back games against Las Vegas on May 14 and 15, respectively. A six-tally inning in both contests propelled the Aces to decisive wins over the Aviators.

The Aces are the scariest team after the sixth frame, leading all of Triple-A with a .313 batting average and 17 doubles to go along with 52 runs scored. The team's batting average during the final three innings ranks first in Triple-A

Reno has posted a league-leading .335 batting average when trailing, while also scoring 48 runs after being down in a game.

On the flip side, the team holds the division lead when ahead in batting average (.323). The Aces also rank second in hits (108), doubles (28), runs (74) and home runs (16).

Bats on Bats on Bats:

The Aces' bats have come out swinging to start the 2021 campaign, registering a Triple-A West-leading seven triples, 47 doubles, 214 hits and 146 runs scored through 20 games.

The team also ranks second in the division with a .297 team batting average, while outscoring their opponents, 146-105.

In the first six innings, the Aces sit in second with 94 runs scored and 142 hits while boasting a third-best .290 batting average.

Blake Lalli's squad has boasted a 15-5 record through the first 20 games, the best record in franchise history over that span.

Just how you Drew it up:

Drew Ellis has been on fire since May 24, registering four-straight multi-hit games, including his career-high five base knock performance against Tacoma in the series opener.

During his four-game hit streak, he has slashed .647/.650/.882 with six RBIs, four doubles and a game-winning RBI single.

The veteran infielder has bumped his season slash line from .176/.317/.333 to .294/.398/.471 since the start of his hitting streak.

Ellis moved to fifth in Triple-A with his seven doubles, sitting behind teammate Seth Beer with eight and Tacoma's Cal Raleigh with nine.
