
Wranglers stay unbeaten at home, can Salmon Kings 3-1

Las Vegas, NV - The Las Vegas Wranglers (9-4-1, 19 Points) beat the Victoria Salmon Kings (6-10-1, 13 Points) 3-1 in front of 4,539 fans at the Orleans Arena on Saturday night. Las Vegas right wing Darren Lynch scored two goals, including the game winner. Left wing Dan Tudin also assisted on all three Las Vegas goals. Wranglers' rookie Chris Neiszner scored his first professional goal in the Las Vegas victory. Wranglers' goaltender Marc Magliarditi picked up the team's third straight win with 19 saves. Las Vegas will host the Johnstown Chiefs at 7:05 pm on Tuesday night.
Las Vegas took a 1-0 lead in the first period when Chris Neiszner scored off a rebound for his first professional goal at 17:31 of the opening period.
In the second period, Victoria tied the game at one when Dustan Heintz redirected the puck in front of the net past Wranglers' goaltender Marc Magliarditi.
Right wing Darren Lynch scored his first goal of the game at 10:14 of the third period to give the Wranglers a 2-1 lead. Lynch capped off the night with his second goal of the period to put Las Vegas up 3-1.
Las Vegas will conclude a four-game home stand by hosting the Johnstown Chiefs at 7:05 pm on Tuesday, November 29th at 7:05 pm. After a road game in Phoenix on Thursday, December 1st, Las Vegas will return to the Orleans Arena for two games against the Idaho Steelheads.
