Alex Perreault Commits to UW-Eau Claire
May 22, 2026 - AUSTIN, MINN. - The Austin Bruins are proud to announce that defenseman Alex Perreault has committed to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire to further his academic and playing career.
"It means everything to continue playing hockey at the collegiate level," said Perreault. "It's always been a dream of mine to play college hockey"

May 15, 2026 - BLAINE, MN - The Austin Bruins third period comeback wasn't enough to take Game One of the Robertson Cup Semifinal as the Minnesota Wilderness came away with the 4-3 overtime victory.
The Bruins struck first after Matsvei Marshchanok intercepted a pass in the Wilderness zone and ripped it past Valdemar Andersen at 5:23 in the first period for his fourth goal of the postseason.

Butikis Commits to Division I Lindenwood
May 13, 2026 - AUSTIN, MINN. - The Austin Bruins are proud to announce that goaltender Cody Butikis has committed to Lindenwood University to further his academic and playing career.
"It means the world to me to continue my career at the collegiate level. It has always been a dream of mine since I was a little kid to play Division I hockey," Butikis said. "I'm very grateful to be given this opportunity."

May 9, 2026 - ABERDEEN, SD - The Austin Bruins kept their season alive Saturday night with a 4-2 win in game four of the Central Division Final over the Aberdeen Wings.
After not having a single power play opportunity in Friday's game three, the Bruins found themselves with two chances in the first ten minutes of the opening frame.
