October 7, 2025 - EDMONTON - One of Canadian Football's top offensive players is staying in the Green and Gold. The Edmonton Elks have signed running back Justin Rankin to a contract extension through the 2027 season, the Club announced Tuesday. Elks Add Receiver, Defensive Back

October 6, 2025 - EDMONTON - The Edmonton Elks have added American wide receiver Justin McGriff and American defensive back Gavin Holmes to the practice roster, the club announced Monday. McGriff (6-6, 215) joins the Elks after his standout performance with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in 2024 training camp. The lengthy wideout made a mark in a 2024 preseason game against the Toronto Argonauts, where the rookie hauled in four receptions for 58 yards. Elks Add Receiver TJ Luther

September 24, 2025 - EDMONTON - The Edmonton Elks have added American wide receiver TJ Luther to the practice roster. In addition, wide receiver J.J. Jones II has been released, the club announced Wednesday. Luther (5-11, 200) joins the Elks after spending the previous two seasons in the National Football League. The wideout began his college career at Wofford (2018-2020) before transferring to Gardner-Webb University (2022-2023).
