PORTLAND, ME - The Maine Red Claws, presented by Unum, bounced back from last night's loss to defeat the Westchester Knicks, 112-100 Saturday night at the Portland Expo.

Terry Rozier, assigned to Maine before the game, came close to a triple-double, with 13 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists. Omari Johnson added 21 for Maine (7-6). Westchester (10-4) was led by Jordan Bachynski with 22 points and 9 rebounds. Jimmer Fredette added 19 points for the Knicks.
The Red Claws came out hot in the first quarter, putting up 34 points. Johnson and Andre Stringer (8 points, 8 assists) hit big three pointers in the opening stanza. Maine led 34-27. The Claws kept the pressure on in the second period, taking a 62-51 lead into the break.
The Knicks countered in the third quarter, getting back into the game. Big buckets by Johnson and Levi Randolph (15 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists), righted the ship; Maine led 86-76 after three.
