Grizzlies Beat Colorado 3-2 in Overtime

Loveland, Colorado - Nick Tuzzolino scored a power-play goal 1:08 into overtime as the Utah Grizzlies beat the Colorado Eagles 3-2 Friday evening at the Budweiser Events Center.
Tuzzolino finished the night with one goal and one assist, goaltender Adam Morrison stopped 37 of 39 shots and Utah went 3-7 on the power-play in the contest.
The game was tied at one going to the second period and tied at two going to the third period.
Gaelan Patterson tied the game at one with 2:35 left in the first period on a feed from Adam Estoclet after Colorado made it 1-0 6:05 into the game. Tommy Maxwell picked up an assist as well.
Utah took a 2-1 lead 12:47 into the second period as Ian Schultz tipped in a Tuzzolino blast 13 seconds into a five-on-three power-play. Colorado tied the game with 12 seconds left in the second period with a power-play goal of their own.
The Grizzlies killed 1:43 of power-play time to start the third period to keep the game 2-2 going down the stretch.
The Grizzlies continue with the Eagles Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. from Colorado.
Utah returns home for Two-For-Tuesday February 26 to host San Francisco. Rinkside, center and corner plaza tickets are available for buy-one-get-one-free at the Maverik Center box office.
