Rampage Sign Defenseman Nolan Julseth-White to a PTO

SAN ANTONIO (January 17, 2013) - San Antonio Rampage general manager Mike Santos announced today that the American Hockey League (AHL) club has signed defenseman Nolan Julseth-White to a professional tryout contract (PTO).

Julseth-White, 24, has posted 16 points (two goals, 14 assists) and a plus-5 rating in 37 games for the ECHL's Las Vegas Wranglers in his first professional season. The 6-foot-1, 212-pound blueliner spent the last four years at Union College, playing in a combined 100 games and recording 18 assists. The Chilliwack, British Columbia native captained the Dutchmen his senior year and led Union College to their first-ever Frozen Four appearance. Prior to Union College, Julseth-White totaled 29 goals and 81 assists in four seasons in the BCHL for the Chilliwack Chiefs and the Langley Chiefs.

The Rampage kick off a two-game road series tomorrow (Friday) against the Oklahoma City Barons at 7 p.m. The Silver and Black will return to AT&T Center on Friday, Jan. 25 for a 7:30 tilt against the Texas Stars on a KZEP Dollar Drink Night.
