Landon Hafele and Jack Kultgen Earn Spots on the NHL Central Scouting's Mid-Term Rankings
January 13, 2026 - Jack Kultgen, Landon Hafele, and Gamblers alum Yegor Shilov have been named to the 2026 NHL Central Scouting Midterm Rankings, as announced by the NHL on Monday.
Current Gamblers forward Landon Hafele is ranked 48th overall, placing him among the top five active United States Hockey League players listed in the rankings. In his first season with Green Bay, Hafele has recorded 27 points (8G, 19A) in 27 games, averaging a point per game.

Former Green Bay Gamblers head coach Jon Cooper became the fifth person in NHL history to coach 1,000 games for a single franchise on Dec. 31 in the Tampa Bay Lightning's 4-3 overtime victory over the Anaheim Ducks.
Cooper holds a 0.597 winning percentage through 1,004 games, the highest of any coach in NHL history with a minimum of 1,000 games, and his 594 wins are the most by an NHL coach through that span with a single team.

January 10, 2026 - GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN - Defenseman Brady O'Malley became the seventh Green Bay player to reach 150 games played in the USHL Saturday afternoon at the Resch Center on Family Night and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night, but the Gamblers fell to the Fargo Force 5-1.
