March 7, 2026 - Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC today unveiled the professional soccer clubs' first-ever mascots as an ode to their hometown's most famous son, Muhammad Ali. The National Women's Soccer League member Racing Louisville is represented by "Float," a butterfly. And the USL Championship team Louisville City's mascot is "Sting," a bee. LouCity Rallies to Knock off Lexington SC - Again - in Season Opener

March 6, 2026 - New season, same ol' truth: Louisville City FC is Kentucky's men's soccer team to beat. Down a goal in Friday night's season opener, LouCity rallied to defeat Lexington SC by a 2-1 score with goals from second half substitutes Mukwelle Akale and Aiden McFadden. City trailed at half in front of a record Lexington SC Stadium crowd before reversing its fortunes over the final 45 minutes. LouCity Adds DelPiccolo to Coaching Staff, Academy Promotes Jessop, Hires Jimenez

March 4, 2026 - Paolo DelPiccolo has joined Louisville City FC as a full-time assistant coach, after spending the last two years in the LouCity Academy as its director. Additionally, Joe Jessop has been promoted to LouCity Academy Director and former LouCity defender Oscar Jimenez has returned to the club, taking over LouCity Academy Assistant Director.
