May 6, 2025 - EDMONTON - The Edmonton Elks hit the field on Wednesday morning for the first day of Rookie Camp. The Elks will field a roster of 64 players for the two days, including veteran quarterbacks Tre Ford and Cody Fajardo and the team prepared for May 10's league mandated cutdown to 85 players (excluding non-counters). Elks Sign Members of Their 2025 CFL Draft Class, Several More

May 5, 2025 - EDMONTON - The Elks continue to build out their roster ahead of Wednesday, May 7 Rookie Camp and Sunday, May 11 Training Camp. The Green and Gold have signed a total of 10 players and made one release, the club announced Monday. Elks Make Roster Moves Prior to Rookie Camp

May 2, 2025 - EDMONTON - The Elks have made a series of moves in advance of next week's Rookie Camp. Edmonton has signed American quarterback William McElvain, and released five others, the club announced Friday. ​ McElvain (5'11, 185) joins the Green and Gold after spending the previous three seasons at the University of Central Arkansas (2022 to 2024).
