May 19, 2026 - Dubuque, IA - The Fighting Saints have added Willie Corrin to their staff as a Scout covering the Minnesota region.
Corrin played in over 200 professional games after a 111-game USHL career with Fargo and a four-year career at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
"Willie has a great reputation in Northern Minnesota from both his playing and coaching careers," said general manager Trevor Edwards. "We are really excited to add an individual like Willie to the scouting staff."

May 7, 2026 - Dubuque, IA - The Fighting Saints have signed 2025 Phase II Draft pick Joe Wahlund to a Standard Player Development Agreement for the 2026-27 season.
The Swedish defenseman was selected in the 18th round of the 2025 Phase II Draft by the Fighting Saints and spent last season playing for Fäjrsestad in the Swedish U20 league. He skated in 34 games, scoring eight goals and 22 points at the Junior level.

May 5, 2026 - DUBUQUE, IA - The Dubuque Fighting Saints finished the 2026 USHL Draft with 15 Phase II selections on Tuesday.
The Saints' 2026 Phase II Draft Class included 10 forwards, four defenseman and a goaltender. Dubuque opened the draft with Olle Därth, a 6-2 center out of Sweden, and Nathan Kydd, a forward out of Nova Scotia, Canada. Of the Saints' 15 picks, 11 were measured at 6-0 or taller.

The Saints' 2026 Phase I Draft Class was led by Nikolai Zhukov in the first round. Zhukov is a 6-2 defenseman out of Proctor, Minnesota. Zhukov kicked off a draft in which the Saints used 5 of their 15 picks on defensemen.
Dubuque's top-forward selected was Malone Cooney, a two-way forward from the Chicago Mission's 15U AAA squad.
